Author Sheena Ratcliff

My name is Sheena Ratcliff, and I currently live in Fort Worth, Texas. Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, I am married, a proud mother of two children, and a grandmother.

I have a deep passion for learning and education. I hold an associate degree in psychology from Georgia State University, a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas Permian Basin, a master’s degree in social science with a concentration in psychology from Troy University, and a second master’s degree in applied psychology with a college professor teaching certificate from Angelo State University. I am currently finishing a third master’s degree in Human Resource Development at The University of Texas at Tyler, with just one semester remaining.

I am the CEO and owner of Ratcliff Quality Services, LLC, the founder and owner of BNAAI (Black Native American Afro Indigenous), a human and civil rights organization, and the founder and owner of PTL (Plant Truth Light), dedicated to growing peace, presence, and purpose. I am also a commissioned notary public. Through community service, advocacy, and conscious leadership, I remain committed to giving back, uplifting others, and creating a lasting and positive impact.

My passion for writing children’s books is rooted in love, inclusion, and the belief that stories can empower young readers by celebrating diversity, resilience, and belonging. I aim to create stories that uplift children of all abilities, helping them see themselves as valued, capable, and deserving of love and respect.

I am also an active member of several organizations dedicated to social justice, education, philanthropy, faith, and unity, which continue to guide and inspire my work as both an author and a community advocate.
